World Government Institute was founded to establish the World Federation.
This institute is composed of branches in the world. Headquarters and president
have not been decided yet. The branches are listed in the Branch
List. This site is administered by World Government
Institute Japan.
Basic benefits from the World Federation are as follows.

1. World Federation can reduce or prevent the war. This will lead to the reduction in death and wound of people by war, in the destruction by war, and in the military expenditure.
2. World Federation can issue the international common currency. This will lead to the removal of fluctuation of exchange rate.
3. World Federation can provide employment to all the people. This will lead to the eradication of poverty. |
For further explanation of these benefits, see the World Party Declaration. Thus, establishing the World Federation is a political policy but at
the same time it is the most effective economic policy. Especially, these
benefits are important for developing countries.
Basic thought of this institute is written in "International Party for the World Government". This thought is modified in "World Parliament Statute" and "Constitution of World Federation". In "International Party for the World Government", the
World Parliament is under two-chamber system. But in "World Parliament
Statute" and "Constitution of World", the World Parliament
is under single-chamber system. For more detail, please see each document.
Basic thought is to establish the international party in each country.
Basic policy of party is to elect directly the representatives of each
country in proportion to population and to send them to the World Parliament.
International party in each country fights the election insisting its main
policy on the World Government and, after getting power, it will conduct
the election. The World Parliament on the early stage is a consultative
assembly without the legislative power. If this World Parliament works
well, it will be vested with the legislative power and establishes the
Constitution of the World Federation. Like this, from a part of the World
Parliament, it will become the true World Parliament.
World Government Institute is publishing
a journal Voice for World Government. The journal is sent to world government related organizations in the
world. We are inviting your opinion and article. They will be published
in the journal. The latest information is written in the World
Government Institute Forum of this site.

World Citizen Network
World Party is an international party for
the World Government. World Government Institute
is, so to speak, a discussion and theory
section of the world government movement.
On the other hand, World Party is an action
section. World Citizen Network is a network
for individuals and organizations that support
the establishment of World Federation and
World Government.
